Partners Towards A Cure

CDAN’s ultimate vision is to help create a world where dementia is as rare as Polio. To achieve this objective, we are creating an inclusive network designed to unite various stakeholder groups and focus Canada’s world-class researchers around the common goal of eradicating the suffering associated with dementia.

Everyone who is committed to discovering new dementia therapies and improving patient outcomes is encouraged to contact our network.

CDAN recognizes the crucial need for supporting focussed, results-driven research and the effective communication of these results to other researchers, clinicians and their patients. Cooperation is the key to solving the growing dementia crisis. By supporting CDAN and its associated world-class researchers and clinicians Canadians will benefit from:

  • Enhanced value from publicly funded clinical and basic research
  • Increased cooperation and knowledge sharing by dementia researchers and clinicians
  • Faster and more efficient results compared to individuals or small groups working alone
  • The creation of a successful model that can be used to target other diseases impacting Canadian health

CDAN is the only network that is solely dedicated to supporting research targeted towards a cure and getting that cure to Canadians as quickly as possible.
